We accept Gerber (RS-274X), NC Drill, DXF, and ODB++ formats. For assembly, we need BOM (Bill of Materials) and pick-and-place file (CSV/Excel). CAD files (Allegro, Altium, Mentor, KiCad) are also welcome.

For PCB fabrication: 5 pieces (prototype) to 5000+ panels (production). For PCBA: 5 pieces to 100,000+ assemblies. We accept both prototype and production runs.

Prototype PCB: 24-48 hours (5-7 days for complex boards). Production PCB: 7-15 days. Prototype PCBA: 5-7 days. Production PCBA: 10-20 days. Turnaround varies by complexity and volume.

ISO 9001 (Quality), IATF 16949 (Automotive), ISO 13485 (Medical), UL (E483871), IPC-6012 Class 2/3, RoHS compliant. We can provide certificates with each order.

We offer 5 free PCB samples for new customers (with shipping covered). For assembly, we provide 1-2 free test assemblies per project after design review.

Every board undergoes: visual inspection, electrical testing (flying probe or fixture), AOI for SMT. IPC-6012 Class 2/3 boards get additional tests. We provide test reports (E-test, AOI images) with shipment.

Yes. We have distributors in China and globally. We source 100% authentic components. For difficult parts, we offer BOM kitting service where you ship components and we assemble.

T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, credit card. For long-term customers, we offer Net 30 terms after approval. First order requires 50% deposit, balance before shipping.

Yes, we ship to 80+ countries. Main carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT. We offer competitive shipping rates. For large orders, sea freight is available.
